- Preparation and lodgement of all legal documents (NOIM, DONLI, COM, etc.)
- Runsheet planning and personalised script
- Final coordination with photographer, videographer, and key vendors
- Formal opening and welcome
- Introduction of the couple and family members
- Guiding the flow of tea offerings
- Assisting with respectful gestures (kneeling, addressing elders, etc.)
- Coordinating gift-giving (red envelopes, jewellery, blessings)
- Managing timing and transitions
- Ceremony closing and smooth handover to the next part of the event
